i appreciated the room service and the resort's acoustic design. the hospitality was wonderful and the food was delicious. the staff was polite and the catering was sophisticated. i found the overall experience created a joyful experience of beaches and culture.

the hotel had a convenient location for accessing the beach, shopping and local restaurants. it was easy to get around and explore nearby attractions without extensive travel. access to all utilities just outside was also great.

the breakfast offered sufficient options and western choices were available upon request. the local indian options were good and added an authentic touch. the restaurant's 24/7 service availability was convenient.

The hotel has two swimming pools, both clean and inviting. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful, assisting with transport. The location is a short walk from the beach. This made access easy.
The mattress on the extra bed felt very hard, made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Staff members were polite and provided prompt assistance when needed. Reception staff are well-mannered. Room service was also efficient. They responded quickly to requests. Karishma, Tina, and Sanjay offered helpful assistance at reception.

The hotel sits approximately 200 meters away from the beach, down narrow lanes. It is about two minutes from the main road, offering convenient access. Taxis are easily available at the reception. The beach is quite close!!!

The swimming pool area is clean. The hotel provides car parking space, open until 9 PM. Two swimming pools are available . Scooter rentals are easily arranged at reception. This is very convenient.

The breakfast spread is good, with variations daily. The food quality in the restaurant is excellent. The restaurant operates 24 hours. Limited options are available after 11 PM. I found the cakes at breakfast AMAZING!!!

the pool was lovely. the breakfast bread did have many options too.
the checkout process wasn't seamless at all. they almost forced me to check out faster, even after paying in full for the entire stay. i could not get even ten extra minutes.
